C&R Racing, Inc. Announces New Sales Manager for C&R Racing South.

Indianapolis, IN - C&R Racing, Inc. announces Jeff Tutino as the new Sales Manager for the south division - C&R Racing South.   Jeff brings to C&R an extensive motorsports background in sales, marketing, purchasing, and general management experience.   He, most recently, served as the Purchasing Manager for Team Rensi Motorsports (Busch Series).   He is the former National Brand Manager for Fluidyne High Performance and is the former General Manager for Mike Skinner (#31 Lowe's Home Improvement NASCAR Nextel Series - Richard Childress Racing).

Born in Seattle, WA he grew up the son of a Nitro Funny Car driver and long time Drag Racer.   During the mid 1980s to 1990s he donated much of his time to car owner and driver Perry Chappelle (NASCAR Northwest Tour).   By 1995, he relocated to North Carolina to pursue a full-time career in motosports where he started as an independent contractor for two upstart companies, Tanner Racing Products and Fluidyne High Performance.   Jeff quickly established himself and demonstrated his ability to take product knowledge and apply that to helping his customers.

"The opportunity to be a part of C&R Racing is one that was just too enticing to pass up," states Jeff Tutino, "I've always looked at Chris Paulsen (President & Owner, C&R Racing, Inc.) and his company as a solid competitor that keeps pace with the evolution of technology.   Chris has a true understanding of the motorsports industry from both the racer and supplier perspective."

"I've known Jeff (Tutino) for several years, he is a prominent member of NASCAR and is well respected in the racing family, " says Chris Paulsen.   "He brings first class organizational skills and knowledge to the industry and is a nice fit for C&R Racing, a company that specializes in parts for the professional racing world.   Jeff's experience will be key to the success of C&R Racing South."

Mooresville based C&R South is a leading manufacturer of drivetrain components and racing parts, including the NASCAR approved BB-I Transmission.   Tom Buzze will continue as the General Manager and all current PDI employees will remain on staff.   C&R South will distribute transmissions, Dynotech driveshafts, and Visteon 9" Racing Gear Sets, and begin distribution of current C&R products excluding custom-built radiators.   C&R's Indianapolis location will continue to build all cooling system components including custom-built radiators, provide machine and fabrication services, and distribute performance products.

Jeff states, "While at Rensi Motorsports, we ran C&R products including radiators, gears, and transmissions; gears and transmissions were then offered by PDI (now known as C&R Racing South) and Tom Buzze.   I share in Tom's passion and dedication to the C&R products and customers, and look forward to working side-by-side in growing the business we refer to as 'South'."
