RE: CRS-CRSH Shift Handle (8.75”x3.75”)

There has been a failure on (1) one CRS-CRSH shifter handle. The exact cause of this failure is under investigation.

The part that failed is from the last manufacture run and had a slight design change. The attached photo shows the “Mk1” style on the bottom and the “Mk2” style on the top.

Please remove ALL “Mk2” type shifters (new or used) and return them to C&R South.

A redesigned and stronger version Mk3 (un-anodized) will be available 4/9/07. We will replace all of the “Mk2-newer” versions at no charge.

All future inventories will be of the Mk3 type.
