Tech Bulletin – 06002 – Mileage Reports

In an effort to bring our customers a higher standard of service, we need to be better kept up to date with your mileages. This will allow us to track any problems that our customers may have. Also allowing us to better refine our products and insure that quality parts are being used in our lease inventory.

If teams have not been reporting event mileage we need to start. I have attached a simple form to fill out when you return leased units for service. Please make certain this is filled out as complete as possible when units are returned. 

Please be sure to list any abnormal conditions such as wall contact, wheel-hop, and harsh pit lane running…. The better-detailed information we get the better we can serve your team.
