New Steering Bellcrank Option

C&R is offering a new Steering Bellcrank as an option for the C&R Silver Crown car.  This new part will make the steering slower and therefore give the drivers more time to react on the bigger tracks.  As soon as the design is completed another bulletin will follow giving more details.  No modifications will be required to the front axle to fit this new part.

The new drag link pickup on the bellcrank will also have more clearance to the tie rods allowing a shorter pitman arm to be fitted.  A shorter pitman arm maybe offered later.

As a reminder C&R recommend the use of a 12:1 steering box for the 1.5mile and longer tracks.

These parts will need to be ordered by close of business on Monday April 2 to allow C&R enough time to manufacture enough parts for everyone that would like one for the Darlington race.  Parts will be made by Monday April 30, 2007
