Harvick Avoids Mayhem For Bristol Win NASCAR Sprint Cup

HARVICK AVOIDS MAYHEM FOR BRISTOL WIN NASCAR SPRINT
Kevin Harvick survived 9 cautions including a overnight rain delay and a 11 car wreck to come out in front to win the NASCAR Sprint race at Bristol Motor Speedway driving the PWR Performance Products cooled Chevrolet SS for Stewart Haas Racing. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. (Ford) followed in second place with Denny Hamlin (Toyota) finishing third.
All cars in the race used C&R Racing and PWR Performance Products.

SCHATZ MAKES HISTORY WITH NEW TRACK RECORD 
Donny Schatz and Daryn Pittman fought for first place at Angell Park Speedway. As Schatz took the lead position, he won his 18th race and scored a new track record. C&R cooled Brad Sweet secured a third place, with David Gravel not far behind in fourth place.

THE RACE OF FIRSTS FOR HALEY
Justin Haley became the youngest winner at Springfield, it was also his first time driving a stock car on a dirt track, and his first ARCA win. 
Fike took advantage of the eight restarts during the race and had a fast last 40 laps. Fourth place finisher, Ken Schrader stayed in the top ten for most of the race, while front runner Chase Briscoe finished in fifth.

OGIER BACK ON TOP AT WRC GERMANY
Sebastien Ogier has claimed his third win of the World Rally Championship (WRC) by taking out the Rally Germany which is held entirely on ashphalt roads. Driving the PWR Performance Products cooled Volkswagen Polo R WRC, Ogier took the lead on the second day which he held to the checkered flag.
Dani Sordo finished second with Thierry Neuville following in third place with both driving Hyundai i20 WRC.

MERCEDES AND BMW DOMINATES AT MOSCOW DTM
Two races were held at Moscow Raceway in the DTM series with Mercedes and BMW dominating.
Race 1 - Mercedes finished 1-2-3-4, with Robert Wickens taking the win from Paul Di Resta and Gary Paffett.
Race 2 - BMW completed a 1-2-3-4 procession with Marco Wittman taking a comfortable victory and the DTM points lead. Tom Blomqvist finished second with Bruno Spengler third.

DILLON WINS A THRILLER AT BRISTOL NASCAR XFINITY
Only 0.227 seconds separated Austin Dillon on his win over second placed Justin Allgaier in the NASCAR Xfinity race held on the .533 mile short track oval at Bristol Motor Speedway. Driving the PWR cooled Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing, Dillon took the lead on lap 305 and held on for 3 further laps to take the victory. Kyle Larson finished third.

KENNEDY MOVES UP THE FIELD TO TAKE FIRST PLACE AT BRISTOL 
In the last 20 laps of the race, Ben Kennedy took the lead for his first career win. Kennedy passed Byron on a turn and stayed strong in a restart when there were only seven laps left in the race. Daniel Hemric was third, followed by Byron and Johnny Sauter.

SCHATZ DOMINATES AT JUNCTION MOTOR SPEEDWAY 
Schatz took the lead from the start of the race, to lead all 30 laps. Gravel and Sweet were not far behind in second and third place, but it was Schatz who kept the lead. The race had a series of cautions and restarts, which the drivers took full advantage of to keep their position and move up in the field.
